Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before appointment time cannot be refunded, but under certain circumstances may be rescheduled upon additional payment of a room cancellation fee of £15. Cancellations made more than 3 days before appointment can be refunded, minus a small Wix platform booking fee (1.4% + 20p e.g. a cancelled session costing £160 would be refunded £157.56)
