Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled but payment cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is made more than than 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment date and time. Cancellations made more than 3 days before appointment can be rescheduled or refunded (refund will be cost of the session minus the small Wix platform booking fee of 2.1% + 20p).
